Welcome.

 

I grew up near Edmonton. This city shaped me before I knew what I was becoming — and even though I've lived abroad for years, I come back every year because the roots here are real.

Edmonton might not be the first place you'd expect to find tantra and sacred intimacy work. But there are people here — maybe you're one of them — who've been quietly doing their own growth work and are hungry for something deeper in their relationships. More presence, more fire, more of the connection you know is possible.

I offer couples coaching, sacred intimacy, somatic bodywork, breathwork, tantra, and relational work — over twenty years of practice shaped by everything from yoga studios to plant medicine ceremonies, woven into something that meets you exactly where you are.

In Person

 

I visit Edmonton every year, and when I do, I take on a small number of in-person clients. These spots fill quickly, so if in-person work matters to you, reach out early. I also see clients in person year-round in Costa Rica — if you're looking for a retreat-style experience somewhere warm, that's an option too.​

Online

 

Most of my Edmonton-area clients work with me over video, and it works better than you'd expect. Breath, sensation, guided practice, honest conversation — none of that requires being in the same room. If you're in Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary, or anywhere in Alberta, online sessions are available now.

How we work together
