Nelson already gets it. This town attracts people who've made deliberate choices about how they want to live — slower, more conscious, more connected to the land and to each other. If you're here, you've probably already done some version of the inner work. Yoga, meditation, ceremony, time in nature as practice.

Now you're curious about what happens when you bring that intentionality into your most intimate relationships. More depth, more presence, more of the erotic and sacred connection that's possible when both people are willing to show up fully.

I offer couples coaching, sacred intimacy, somatic bodywork, breathwork, tantra, and relational work — over twenty years of practice drawn from traditions that value direct experience over theory.

In Person

 

I have roots in the Kootenays and visit when I can. When I'm in the area, I take on a small number of in-person clients. I also see clients year-round in Costa Rica — and for Kootenay people, a retreat in the tropics can be exactly the shift in context that opens things up.​

Online

 

I work with clients in the Kootenays, across BC, and worldwide over video. The intimacy of this work translates to screen better than you'd expect — breath, somatic practice, guided exploration, real conversation.
