Men: 9 am Pacific, every Saturday.

Women: 11 am Pacific, every Saturday.

Men & Women: 10 am Pacific, every Sunday.

Each gender will work and integrate in a way that is specific to their needs, and we'll then come together and integrate as a collective. Through this format, we collectively honour the unique needs of both men and women separately, and celebrate that we are better together.
