For years, I've been part of our dance and wellness community here in the Kootenays. What you may not know is that I've been developing something profound — a practice I'm ready to share that helps men cultivate the deep intimacy and emotional mastery that transforms everything.

This isn't therapy or couples counselling — although those are valuable practices with their own place. This is coaching focused on helping you find your own inner authority through embodied curiosity, support, and presence.

MY BACKGROUND
Twenty years of training in massage therapy, yoga, contact dance, and tantra have taught me something extraordinary: the subtle art of meeting another person exactly where they are.

Foundation Session — Free
Essential mapping of your patterns, desires, and growth edges. Perfect for getting clarity before committing to deeper work.

45 minutes that will help you get clarity, and gain a better sense of the work I do and whether it's a fit for you.
5 Sessions / 3 Months of Coaching — $1500
Five coaching sessions over three months, plus ongoing text support when you're navigating real situations.

Like having a specialist available when you actually need guidance, not just during scheduled appointments.
​
Single Sessions — $500 per session
Deep work on an as-needed basis for men who want flexibility with proven guidance.

Includes two weeks of follow-up support for integration.
​
One-Day Intensive — $1500​
Private deep-dive at your home (with or without your partner). Breathwork, somatic practices, and embodied communication training that goes far beyond what's possible online.

Includes one month of follow-up support plus integration call.
