I've devoted 20 years of my life to studying tantra and relationships. As a massage therapist, I developed a second sense for touch, consent, and trauma. As a yoga teacher, I dove deep into the Wooniverse and gathered the diamonds of wisdom there. Through plant medicine and mentorship, I've invested significant time resolving deep trauma, cultivating significant mindset shifts, and rewiring my core beliefs and behaviours around intimacy, sex, and relationship.

I've searched far, wide, and deep to find the missing ingredients that our culture doesn't teach anybody. This stuff isn't taught in school, for most us it wasn't demonstrated to us by our parents, and it sure isn't available in mass media.
