You're already someone who goes deeper — in your practice, in your relationships, in life. You're here because you want more of that, and you're curious what becomes possible with guidance.

I live in Costa Rica and this is where I do most of my in-person work. I offer couples coaching, sacred intimacy, somatic bodywork, breathwork, tantra, and plant medicine integration — over twenty years of practice woven into something that follows what's alive in you rather than a fixed program.

In Person

I work from two settings, depending on what suits you.

The Costa Ballena

Uvita, Dominical, and the surrounding southern Pacific coast. There's a consciousness in this community that supports deep work. Beautiful ocean access, good food, a social scene if you want one. If you're visiting Costa Rica and want to combine inner work with adventure, this is the place.

Santa Elena

Up in the mountains near San Isidro de El General. Quieter, more remote, more introspective. Less to do, which is sometimes exactly the point. If you're coming for a private retreat or intensive and want space without distraction, this is where we go.

Both are beautiful. We can figure out together which one fits. Other locations in Costa Rica are possible too.

Online

I work with clients worldwide over video. A lot of this work translates better to a screen than you'd expect — breath, sensation, guided practice, honest conversation. If you're not in Costa Rica, that's not a barrier.

How We Work Together
