The foundation is relational work — starting with your relationship to YOU. Nurturing yourself is just as vital as nurturing your partnership. Shame, unmet needs, old wounds, lost desires — these keep you from showing up as the man or woman you want to be. But when you come home to yourself, everything transforms.

These internal patterns manifest outwardly as lack of desire, cheating, sexual dysfunction, overeating, chronic pain, bickering, anxiety — even your kids acting out. The developmental wounds we pick up as children play themselves out destructively in our closest relationships. When you heal these oldest wounds, trust, authentic communication, and connection happen naturally — almost as if by magic.

Most importantly, this work lives in the body. I draw on twenty years of Tantra and Taoist sexuality, plus experience as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and breathwork facilitator. I share practices in breath, energy, and touch — from soft and subtle to wildly animalistic — so you can discover dimensions of pleasure most couples never access.
